How to Move Through Perimenopause and Menopause Symptom Free. Helping women navigate this time of life with balance, ease, confidence and vibrant health.

My name is Jennifer and I’m a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who has been living and thriving on an Ayurvedic lifestyle for over 12 years. I love everything about Ayurveda—from the simple, nurturing daily routines to the delicious meals I feel inspired to make, Ayurveda continually guides me to listen to its wisdom and holistic principles.

I was introduced to Ayurveda at a time when I needed it the most. In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Over a very difficult year, I underwent 3 surgeries, and at the end of it, knew I had to embrace a new way of life—both physically and emotionally.

I was introduced to Ayurveda by a chance encounter with a beautiful and radiant woman in her 70’s. We met at the Farmers’ Market and she told me that I should go home and look up the word Ayurveda. This glowing woman had such clarity about her that I knew right away I wanted to learn more.

That encounter set me on the path of healing that I had been searching for. Over the next five years, I read every book on Ayurveda I could find. The principles of balance and nourishment resonated with me on a deep level. And I noticed amazing changes. My sleep improved, my skin cleared, my hormones balanced, my digestion strengthened, my mind was calmer, my energy increased, and I was an overall more loving, patient and compassionate person.

Ayurveda helped heal my mind and body. Now I live a life full of vitality, energy and balance. These positive, seemingly impossible results inspired me to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and share this knowledge and experience with others. Ayurveda is a lifelong passion for me—I’m grateful for the opportunity to share it with you!
