This presentation will help you understand different diets like Vegan, Keto, Paleo, trendy foods like smoothies, green juices, yogurts, kefir, kombucha as well as different nutraceuticals like Probiotics, Magnesium etc from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Bio – Vd. Manjiri Nadkarni, BAMS, MD (Ayu), RHN is an Ayurvedic Physician, consultant and educator having over 12 years of experience in Ayurveda. She has been trained as a Doctor of Medicine, Ayurveda from Gujarat Ayurved University (3 year MD program), after completion of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (5 1/2 years intensive Ayurveda program). She also underwent an intensive year long Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy (PGDYN) during her MD years. She is one of the very few Indian trained Ayurvedic Doctors, with complimentary education in Holistic Nutrition in Canada and displays exemplary diagnostic skills and proficiency in Ayurvedic medicine.

She offers trainings in Ayurveda along with Ayurvedic consultations in Canada and around the globe. She is passionate about making Ayurveda accessible to everyone in Canada and carries out her mission through her private practice and by serving as the President of the non-profit Ayurveda Association of Canada. She has been awarded the Charaka Award for excellence in Ayurvedic teaching, by Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA) in 2016.
