The current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is a particular and rare situation affecting people not only physically, but also psychologically. In this type of context, many people are experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression reactions.

Prolonged suppressed negative emotions of fear, anxiety, or sadness can cause exacerbation of other physical ailments such as eczema, asthma, acidity, fatigue, or pain. We know that people with mental disorders are more susceptible to various inflammations in the body and to immune system disorders. And on the other hand, strong and healthy mental status can lead to a powerful immune system.

In the present webinar, Ayurvedic view on the connection of mental state and immune system will be discussed. Modalities to remain stress-free, and strengthen the immune system will be highlighted which is the need of the hour.
