The Ayurvedic Association of Canada is federally registered not-for-profit organization representing Ayurveda in Canada.
About AAC
The Birth of AAC
Prior to 2017, a significant void was felt within the Ayurvedic community in Canada for a common platform to share ideas, collaborate, and support the growth of this ancient science.
Recognizing this need, the Ayurveda Association of Canada (AAC) was established in May 2017 as a unified voice for Ayurveda in Canada — supporting and representing the diverse groups dedicated to promoting Ayurveda across the country.
Since 2017
Volunteer With AAC
Uniting the Ayurvedic Community
AAC began as an idea in early 2017 to unite and strengthen the Ayurvedic community in Canada under a single umbrella, while upholding the authenticity and integrity of Ayurvedic medicine.
The Association was created to support and empower everyone connected to Ayurveda — from individuals seeking personal healing, to students, trained practitioners, Ayurvedic Vaidyas, and supplement manufacturers committed to practicing and promoting this timeless science.
Within less than a year of its establishment, AAC proudly welcomed over 200 members and expanded its representation across five Canadian provinces. The Association also successfully hosted the landmark Ayurveda Conference Toronto 2017, which became the largest Ayurvedic event held in Canada.
